Sean Kelly was arrested after the Linden Police Narcotics Bureau executed a search warrant on the 1400 block of Union Street, police.
Kelly was charged with distribution of heroin and cocaine in the second degree and possession and distribution of heroin, oxycodone and cocaine in the third degree. Kelly was remanded to the Union County Jail pending a scheduled court appearance, police said.
Kelly Winston, 65, and Manning Corbett, 60, both Linden residents, were also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.. They were released on a summons pending a scheduled appearance in Linden Municipal Court, police said.
